What is Thrive+ Protein Coffee?
For women whose old coffee-only mornings stopped working in their 40s. Keep the coffee. Add the protein. Get your afternoons back.
Build My Morning — Save 40%
You've blamed your sleep, your age, your stress, your hormones — even yourself. It's none of those. It's the one thing your morning has been missing.
Caffeine gives you alertness. It doesn't give you protein, fuel, or anything to steady the rest of the day. When your first "meal" is coffee, your body gets switched on with nothing underneath it. You feel alive for about an hour. Then the bill arrives.
Around 7 in 10 women are protein deficient. That's right, only 3 out of 10 women get enough protein daily. This is why you feel so drained, why the brain fog is so bad, why you can't seem to get through the day without a nap.
You know protein matters. You also have approximately zero minutes between waking up and the day starting. By lunchtime you're already behind on the target. By 3pm you're snacking on whatever's closest, telling yourself you'll do better tomorrow.
The fix isn't a new habit. It's upgrading the one you already have.

I've been a personal trainer for over two decades. Almost all of it spent training women.
For years I watched the same thing. Women in their 40s doing everything right and still crashing by mid-afternoon. Brain fog. Fatigue. On the couch by 3pm.
They blamed their age. Their hormones. Themselves. They were wrong about all of it.
Coffee wakes you up. It doesn't feed you. Your body needs at least 15g of protein in the first hour of the day. Without it, there's no fuel to get through what comes after.
But knowing didn't fix it. Nobody had time to cook before running out the door. Protein shakes sat in their stomachs like a brick. They knew what to do. They just couldn't make it stick.
A protein coffee. Built properly. Not the chalky, sad-tasting version you've seen before.
The same drink they were already making every morning. Just doing more than waking them up.
No more second and third coffees. No raiding the pantry at 3pm. Protein in by 9am for the first time in years. And when 2pm came around, they had energy that lasted the whole day.
Then they started telling their friends.
Protein is the single most important thing you can do for steady energy in your 40s and beyond. And getting it in early, before the day runs away from you, is a lot harder than it sounds.
If you're running on coffee, skipping breakfast, and falling apart every afternoon, try what I built for the women I train.
Keep the coffee. Just upgrade it.
